On Thursday 11 June, Brunswick Park Primary School achieved the UNICEF Rights Respecting Schools SILVER Rights Aware Award! Our accreditor was thoroughly impressed by the children, who not only demonstrated a strong understanding of the Articles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, but were also able to provide a wealth of examples of how our school helps them to stay safe, healthy and happy.
Building on this success, we can now look forward to embarking on our journey towards the Gold Award, further strengthening and embedding a culture of children’s rights throughout our school community and beyond.
