There will be a whole-school International Day on Tuesday 9 June 2026 to celebrate the many countries, cultures and languages represented within our school community.
Dress and Curriculum Activities
Children are invited to attend school wearing clothing that reflects their heritage or cultural identity. This may include traditional dress, the colours of a national flag, or national sportswear. Each Year Group will focus on a specific country, exploring its history, traditions and customs through a range of activities.
International Parade – 15.00-15.20
You are welcome to join us for the International Parade, which will take place in the afternoon. Parents and carers should arrive by 14.55. Following the parade, children should be collected at 15.30 in the usual way:
- EYFS, Resource Base and Years 1–2 from classrooms
- Years 3–6 from the playground
After school, the BPFA are planning to continue the International Day celebrations. We look forward to welcoming you as we celebrate the rich diversity of our school community on 9 June 2026!
