Religious Education
Through the teaching of Religious Education and Worldviews we endeavour to support children to learn and develop the skills and awareness they need to feel fully engaged in their community. Their study of religions and beliefs will enable them to respect, understand and accept other cultures. RE is taught using the Southwark Agreed Syllabus.
Religious Education (RE) is an important part of our curriculum; however, parents and carers have the right to withdraw their child from all or part of RE lessons. If you are considering withdrawal, we encourage you to speak with us so we can answer any questions and explain what this would mean for your child.
